Good points: none.

Bad points: become a free member and you'll get flooded with messages from people that supposedly want to meet with you. Then pay for a membership and the flood of messages will come to a screeching halt. That's exactly what happened with me. I've heard other similar stories. Do not pay for a membership on this site. I guarantee you will not get your money's worth. Look at all the other one-star ratings and then try to find a rating of more than one star. That should tell you something right there.

Totally agree with other reviewers. Joined for free on 12/11/11 and was flooded with messages. Could receive messages but could not send any out. Ofcourse would not have mattered since messages & profiles were all fake. Deceided to do 3 month membership on 12/15/11 and what a mistake. Wished I had researched them before paying. I am checking into stopping payment with credit card since it has only been 3 days since I authorized payment. SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Total rip off and scam on both sites. Was on AM Match for nine months, Untrue for two months. Almost all profiles are OC's which stands for ONLINE CUPID or computer generated profile. Do not waste time or money on this site. Photos of Beautiful women, probably are real, but profiles are not. Responses which you receive on messages sometimes are from people who hardly know English, and certainly not proper English. Computer screwed up in October. Sent me 130 messages from 130 different OC women. All of them fake. This was in a period of three to four days I saw maybe 20 profiles in nine months with out OC's None of them attractive. Both sites use same photos of beautiful women, some with same profiles, but different addresses. Never met a single woman in nine months. All of them fake, and they use addresses in little towns near you that dont have any people living there much less gorgeous women. You will notice also on the email messages they send that their addresses are different from the ones on the profiles

The vast majority of the women who have profiles on this site are fake. The site uses a device where imaginary profiles or shills are designated by "OC." According to the site women designated as "OCs" are "fictious." In other words the site uses mostly fake profiles. I have never encountered a woman who was not an "OC" the active profiles. If you go to the site click on the OC emblem on the profiles for a full explanation of the OC designation and the fine print that says the user basically consents to the fact of the "OCs" on the site. So:

"You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no physical meeting will ever take place between you and our OC's, and that the exchange of messages between you and an OC is for entertainment purposes, as well as to encourage further or broader participation in our site's services and/or to monitor user activities. Notwithstanding the above, the user is not guaranteed a response to any message sent to an OC (or another user). It's a total rip off. Don't waste your time or money. Fradulent profile , repeated pictures with repeated scripts. Absolutely no maches just a lot of come on.

I joined this before I even thought about a dating site, beinging single, someone recomended to me to look on the web...One day I see a email, saying that I got a message, I looked from whom? Well, the message was from Amateur match.com
Okay, what the heck, I checked it out, filled out a very small profile....next thing you know, I get emails, all day long from very nice attractive women, and my picture on my profile wa not even uploaded yet---that should have clued me in, but I have never attempted to join a dating site, so I was new at this (sucker), anyways, just like the reviewer on this site said, spam mail fill up my emails everday, and I found out that they gave my credit card information to another dating web site datematch.com, and I only found this out today...they are both down right snakes. The problem is, these sites are not here in the states, but overseas, so I will have to contact my bank, also if you ever see this-
OCs ---OCs are nothing but made up profiles, so they can get guys to blow their money on fake profiles, lower then a snakes belly...... (Read the full review)

Once you sign up (free edition or paid) you will recive spam mail from hell, plus those hot chicks are not real (well they are real, but models), come on guys, don't waste your time and money, they lure you in with 100 emails a day, then you pay for this membership, and then you will see how many you get---maybe if your lucky one or more from a real woman, but don't count on that. Remember that site lets other sites sell porn to your account, they will lure you in, and you spend money on nothing what you are expecting...
But if you must, and your hardheaded, it is stupid if you did, just don't...

Everything that everyone said on here is comepletely true... this is a complete SCAM TO RIP OFF YOUR MONEY!!! I paid for the VIP membership and received 5-10 emails a day. These are from the "OC"...or online cupid service. In the contract that you "read to become a member" it says it's a fake letter sent by the moderators to see if you are trying to do anything improper (like get the phone number or IM address of a girl). Over 100 messages I received, and not one single real person. I even sent over 150+ messages out to girls, and not even one single reply. I went the the cam rooms with the free $5.00 which the girls used before even getting undressed. When I went in the chat rooms, it was nothing but professionals trying to get you to buy time in other rooms for anywhere from $25.00-$50.00. These people were obviously working for AmateurMatch to assist in RIPPING OFF their customers. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Like others, I learned the hard way. I joined after getting a number of replies or e-mails from "women" on the site. Once I joined I got LOTS of e-mails and lots of buddy invites, and lo and behold so MANY of them were from areas very near me. Wow, was I excited...but when the same e-mail copy was in 3 or 4 different "women's" notes, I started getting suspicious.

This site is a total fraud. I suspect there are literally NO women in their membership base, and it is all an automated bit of sleight of hand. Not a single woman truly responded, and never came close to a hookup.

Stay away from these guys.

This site is completely fraudulent, bogus and foul! Don't waste your time nor your money! When you register they bombard you with alledged messages from hot babes! So you're enticed to sign up for the premium membership. Once you sign up all the emails stop and the girls who do message you are Web Cam girls who try to get you to give your credit card to pay to view them. The entire site is a scam. DO NOT BE FOOLED! They got me once, it won't happen again.
