Editor's Verdict:

GetItOn.com is the latest offering from dating giants FriendFinder, makers of AdultFriendFinder and Passion.com. However unlike AdultFriendFinder and Passion.com, Get It On has a completely different members' database, so if you haven't had any luck with either of these other two sites, then GetItOn is well worth a look.

Although fairly new to the adult dating scene, Get It On has already become one of the world's most popular adult dating sites, second only to AdultFriendFinder and Fling.com (according to their Alexa rankings).

As a free member to GetItOn you may perform a variety of searches and view medium and small thumbnails of members' photographs. Best of all, as a free member you can watch other members playing on their webcams and filter those webcams by men, women and couples. GetItOn's sister sites, AdultFriendFinder and Passion.com, will also let you view members' webcams for free, but few other adult dating sites will let you do this for free. When we logged on to GetItOn we found 280 members broadcasting on their webcams, which is not bad for such a new site (although still nowhere near the 1800 active webcams we found when we logged on to AdultFriendFinder and Passion.com). If you're broadcasting yourself then you can either choose to broadcast publicly to everyone or broadcast privately to a select few. You can also choose whether or not you want to broadcast your sound along with your video. The quality of the broadcasts is usually pretty good, although it does vary from member to member.

In order to access all the features of GetItOn.com you will need to upgrade to premium membership. This will enable you to view full members' profiles, their pictures in full, and their videos. It will also enable you to send them emails, and chat with them via instant message or voice/video chat. This enables you to have a "virtual date" and possibly even cybersex with other members, not to mention arranging to meet up in person.

GetItOn.com features an advanced search facility, allowing you to search by virtually any criteria. It should be noted that many dating sites will only allow free members to access a basic search form, keeping the advanced search form exclusively for premium members. However, GetItOn gives all its members access to the advanced search form, making it easy to find your perfect match online. A major feature of Get It On is the ability to search by keyword. This allows you to search other members' profiles for keywords or phrases, so for instance if you're looking for a partner who's into a particular fetish, simply enter it into the keyword box and search for it. Any members who've listed that fetish in their profiles will be returned in the search results. This is a great way to meet like-minded people and is a feature that's missing from most other adult dating sites.

A few features that are noticeably absent from GetItOn that are present on some larger dating sites include the ability to join groups and become involved in group discussions, the ability to blog and an online magazine, all of which are present in AdultFriendFinder.com for instance. However, GetItOn.com is a relatively new site and is growing rapidly, so we would expect these features to be added in due course.

The range of features, the comprehensive search facility and the polished user interface on GetItOn.com really sets it apart from much of the competition. The fact that you can broadcast on your webcam and watch others broadcasting on their webcams without having to pay for premium membership really makes the free membership very enjoyable and worthwhile in itself.

With around 1.5 million members, GetItOn.com has nowhere near the same number of members as AdultFriendFinder or Passion.com (which have over 31 million members), however, given that GetItOn has amassed this many members in just over a year of trading is a testament to what users think of it.
