Not only did this site hardly have anyone in my country, but when I repeatedly emailed customer services, asking to turn off repeat billing, I got no response. As there was no obvious way to do it on the site, I followed what I had been advised to do on a previous site, and cancelled my membership. When I did this on the other site my account remained open until the subscription ran out and I was not billed for the next month.
When I did this on Iwantu, my account was immediately closed before the end of my current subscription, AND, they attempted to bill me for the following month! luckily for me, I had lost my bank card, and my bank had issued me with a new one, the old being defunct, I cannot believe the message I got from Iwantu, asking me to update my card, as the repeat billing had failed, after I had emailed them repeatedly with no response asking for repeat billing to be cancelled, and after I had closed my account with them..
Stay well clear of this site!
In summary, I would not recommend IWantU to a friend.
