LayMatures.co.uk is designed for anyone looking for an older adult date within the UK. Though a little older, its members are far from shy, posting naughty snaps of themselves and sharing them with the online community. There are also chat rooms, live chat options and more, with new mobile options to help you stay in touch when on the go.

Building a profile is easy and you can upload a variety of photos. The site allows you to block out images based on how much you’d like to see, offering “normal”, “naughty” or “explicit” photo options as you explore. These options are also available when you search.

Performing a search is easy but you can also include plenty of detail. We would, however, like to see more sexual preference options, since many of the members are clearly online to hook up.

Once you’ve located some members you like the look of, you can get in touch by sending an online message, an SMS message or a wink. SMS chat requires that you include your mobile phone details so that correspondence can go direct to your mobile. 

As well as offering a search option, Lay Matures also allows you to find members based on automated matches. The site compares your preferences to those of other members, and makes recommendations when it finds links. 

We were happy with the number of search results we received, and the amount of information provided on each member. However, to communicate you’ll need to upgrade your account. There are a variety of packages available which should suit most budgets, with the 6 month contract offering pretty good value for money. 

Other upgrades are also available, allowing non-paying members to reply to your messages, which could really put you in the driving seat when it comes to making first contact. It offers really good value if you're a woman, as you can send messages for free, although you won't have full access to the upgraded features.

The site is easy to use, but a few more community features would be handy. Also, if you’re interested in live cam shows, this isn’t the place for you. Lay Matures focuses on helping members to chat, but has nothing to offer when it comes to webcam options, which is a disadvantage if you’re really looking for cam support.

Everything considered, LayMatures seems to do its job well. It could use a bit of sprucing up here or there, with a few more features to keep you occupied during the slow times, but on the whole it offers a fair service for a fair price for members in the UK.
