My girlfriend and I joined as free members for a few months and decided we were ready to take the plunge so we joined as paid members. Within a couple of weeks I received an email that stated our profile was switched to a single male. No explanation why? I emailed customer service who replied twice. Once said "check our terms of use" which I did and we had not even come close to violating anything (most of these have to do with soliciting members and selling products) and the next response said that "due to the content or lack of content our profile was not approved and had been removed"
Our profile was pretty generic and tame. We had a couple a PG pictures with faces blurred out. We are attractive and professional and the couple next door type.
I have been trying to reach them for days asking for an explanation and a refund. They have shut off our account and refuse to refund anything.
Complete scam
Still absolutely no explanation for any of this.
We are as run of the mill suburban professional couple as you will find out on these sites.
They took our money and shut down the profile with no explanation.
In summary, I would not recommend Swing Lifestyle to a friend.
