Your site has serious issues. 1. Your billing page is confusing and that was why I was on phone at the same time with the customer service rep(Victoria). I wanted to get a 1-month trial to see if the service was worthwhile. Much like the search screen that does not save changes, the switch I made from1 year to 1 month was not saved and Victoria immediately told me I was charged the 120. instead of the 35. dollars for service. She sent in 1 help order as she "can not fix billing problems"...Isn't that what customer service usually does assist with?. That was strange. This all happened in 1 minute live on the phone.
I did get off the site for 2 days and you finally sent an e.mail that the 120. was not changeable.
2. I decided to use the site since being charged, but it is very fake. There are no active local women. The profiles are old and unused. The only communications are from far away and probably paid "models" or chat people .lwhich I have zero interest in. The reason for Trial is to find that out. 3. Even the search menu does not save changes and always uses the same "online now" and "live chat buttons" that I unclick every time. This is horrible service and your billing rules are a total rip-off. The FCC and attorney general should be looking into your business practices. You get zero stars and are online robbers. Your service should be shut down / owners fined for corrupt business practices.
In summary, I would not recommend Fling.com to a friend.
