I got many more fraudulent emails than legit ones. This site chooses members to "oversee" others profiles for content. I say they have these members send messages to the nonpaying members to get them to spend their hard earned money for something that will never happen. I received several messages from members whose profile said they lived near me, after reviewing some of the comments left by other members I concluded they change their location to suit whom ever they are messaging. In addition there were many times that the site was so slow that pages would not load or take forever to load. Is this because it is so full of viruses or spamware that their server is overloaded? The way to tell if the profile or person messaging you is legit is by looking in the upper right hand corner, just above their introduction line, for an icon of "OC" in gold.
In conclusion, it is my opinion that this is possibly the worst site of its type on the web.
In summary, I would not recommend Married But Lonely to a friend.
