This site is a complete con-job. On top of all the other points made in previous reviews, there is also this:
Once in, the membership cancellation process is, not to put too fine a point on it, deliberately designed to be next-to impossible - especially if you lose the 'validation code' you were emailed in order to join. They don't tell you you can't escape their trap without it, either.
The 'resend validation code' link on the quitting form does nothing whatsoever.
And, I repeat, you can't submit the form without the validation number.
Customer service is simply non-existent, comprising of stock email replies that send you in circles or promises of actions that never occur.
Save yourself time, effort and money by simply instructing your bank to refuse further payments to these shysters...
or, better still, and I can't stress this enough...
NEVER sign up in the first place!
In summary, I would not recommend The Adult Hub to a friend.
