I ended up having to invoice them £1,000, they refused to delete my account within 3 days of becoming a member, not possible through account settings, luckily I deleted my payment details since they try to tie you into a contract by making it compulsury to renew...not giving you an option to delete or cancel the account...then they harrass you for payment for the next 3 month subscription if they haven't discounted the money automatically from the details given at first...later they ignore any evidence you submit proving that you requested the cancellation of payment through email and threaten to charge you a further £360 on top of the next 3 months subscription plus administration charges....The only way to stop this scam was by playing their game and issue them with a £500 admin charge invoice everytime they requested payment and ignored my evidence, I even offered them a 25% exclusive discount if they paid within 28 days! but they claimed there was no legal basis...I managed to have my account deleted and for them to stop seeking collection....avoid at all costs...these guys are scammers.
In summary, I would not recommend C-Date to a friend.
