Bias: I'm a very seasoned internet dater, but have also done speed dating, newspapers, telephone classifieds, even a little bar hopping.
Pros: There are some real women here, and it's not too difficult to contact a real one. Contacting a real one who wants to meet face to face is very difficult, but not impossible. Meeting takes a lot of effort but not impossible. Some good resources for self satisfaction if that's what you want.
Cons: 12 months yielded 10 contacts, 4 offline phone or email, 2 real. Ended up seeing one for about 6 months. A lot of effort & time. Easier to contact women out of state/local area, so are ones playing games and not looking to meet are easier to find.
Analysis: Not a total scam, but not easy. Compared to other sites:
Ease of making contact = B
Easy to spot fakes = B
Ease of offsite contact = C-
Ease of real meeting = D
Value = D+
In summary, I would recommend Sex Search to a friend.
