I got scammed into paying for this site after signing up for another site that ended up being Eroticads.com. It is totally fake. People weren't real. You pay for a "silver" membership only to find out you can only make 4 connections per day.... So they have these fake people contact you so you use up your 4 and then they hit you with the gold upgrade. Apparently somewhere in the fine print you are obligated to opt out of the Locals website. If you don't opt out in 2 weeks they hit you with a $40 charge for one month...3 times what they would charge if you had actually wanted the site.
In summary, I would not recommend Meet Locals to a friend.
