I like SexyAds, there is nothing about it that is a scam. There are not too many women, but if you find one close to your location, there is a very good chance that they are real. Women tend to be on the heavier side for the most part, but the people in the chatrooms are genuinely nice, and it's run by some very good people.
It is definitely worth creating the free profile to see who is in your vicinity, and if you find some possibilities, you won't be disappointed if you pay.
In summary, I would recommend Sexy Ads to a friend.
