I wish I had done the research before joining this scam site, or at least followed my instincts which told me it was a scam.I got totally fooled by this one profile, and I saw other people on here write about this, I'm 100% convinced that they have paid persons to lure men into joining along with bots that will write you if you wink at them.The way I was fooled was I started to believe that this profile was a real person.Her profile said she lived in Oakland about 10 miles from me and she wrote "I was checking out your profile and I think we may be looking for the same thing, so lets see what that can be" The only way for me to respond was to join.Once I joined she disappeared, only to come back a week later and apologize for not responding.This is where it gets confusing because it is a real person writing these notes to me,and so I got strung along, but as the next two weeks went by the notes got shorter and became very stand-offish, a complete 180 from the first note.And then poof!! no more notes.I wrote to Hornymatches to ask for a refund, and asked them repeatedly, do you pay people to lure men into joining?They just ignored me.I wish there was some form of consumer protection from scams like this, and I'm very tempted to take some legal action....stay tuned!! And stay away from that site!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Horny Matches to a friend.
